When water remains after a wash
Standing water in the drum can result from a kinked drain hose, blocked outlet or pump-related issue. First stop the programme and consult the machine manual for safe draining instructions. Keep towels nearby and do not force open a locked door while water is visible.
Why clothes come out unusually wet
A weak or skipped spin may be linked to an unbalanced load, excess foam, drainage difficulty or a programme that limits spin speed. Try checking the selected settings and whether a bulky item has gathered on one side of the drum, only when it is safe to do so.
Drain-hose placement and outlet checks
The drain hose must be routed according to the appliance manual. A crushed hose or poorly positioned outlet may slow emptying or cause water to return. Describe whether the problem affects every cycle and whether water backs up at the household drain.
Questions to ask before a spin repair
Ask the provider whether the quotation covers clearing an obstruction, pump inspection, belt or drive assessment where applicable, and a complete test cycle. Confirm whether additional parts will be approved by you before replacement.
